About me
Hi ! I'm Sharmila
I started practicing yoga in 2018 after a spinal and neck injury. My doctor suggested yoga as part of my recovery, and what began as a few cautious sessions soon became the turning point in my life. Over the years, the practice not only healed my body but also transformed my mind—it gave me strength, resilience, and a deep sense of balance that I carry into every part of my life.
Now, after almost seven years on this path, I can see just how much yoga has shaped me. It’s no longer just a practice—it’s a way of living with awareness and grace. And because of what it has done for me, I started Infinity Yoga Room to share it with other women, especially mothers and mothers-to-be, so they too can feel supported, empowered, and connected through every stage of their journey.
